Holiday Show 2022
Our sixth annual Holiday Show.
December 09 - January 28
We have intermixed a few old treasures with lots of new work, much by artists we have represented for a number of years, but some by folks new in the gallery: wood relief constructions by Charlie Shepard, oil-on-linen paintings by Todd Binzen, landscape abstractions by Dierdre Dennis.
Kate and Fred Pearce yesterday brought in this pendant built with silver using a boulder opal from Australia. Priced at $250, we think this is a sweet gift to have in the gallery around Xmas time!
Greg Gorman brought in some strong tile pieces, some he made years ago and several, I think, are recent.
Russell Barnes brought in four wonderful cherry bowls: big ones! Someone had asked about bigger bowls, I conveyed the message to Russell, and perhaps this is his response. Super nice!
Above hang a pair of Susani Arnold's floor cloths. We have a selection of her floor cloths and she says more are coming.
Here you can see the entirety of that piece by Holle Black: “Moment to Moment". Also notice Jennifer Brown's two oil on panel paintings, and her new book: “Daphne's Night Adventure". A nice little Xmas present for $20!
Paper collages by Barbara Newton (on the left); watercolors by Lynn Adams (on the right).
Watercolor paintings by Petey Becker (on the left); pastel paintings by Jon Rose (on the right).
Clark Graff brought in a wonderful new 12“ x 24“ landscape painting (“On the Way to South Strafford"). We have it right above our jewelry cabinets when you walk in the front door.
This curious arrangement over the couch just kind of took shape: Jennifer Brown's little watercolor paintings (framed and ready to hang on the wall for $80 each), and Matthew Greenway's wonderful “Forest Fugue" alongside “Ceiling" and “Maple Morning".
